This Privacy Policy explains how KeyLife Electronics ("KeyLife", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website at keylife.tech (the "Site") or contact us through it. We are an engineering company based in Amman, Jordan, and this policy applies to the Site and related communications only - not to any separately governed product, application, or client system we may operate.

Information you provide to us. When you complete a form on the Site, request a quote or consultation, or email us directly, we collect the details you choose to share - typically your name, company or organization, email address, phone number, and the content of your message or inquiry.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers and hosting providers automatically record limited technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, referring pages, and the date and time of your visit. This data helps us keep the Site secure and understand how it is used.

Cookies and analytics. We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and to measure how it is used. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and whether an inquiry form is completed. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and processes technical data such as your device and browser, an approximate location derived from your IP address, the pages you view, and how you interact with them, including how far you scroll and clicks on links that lead away from the Site. When an inquiry form is submitted we also send the country selected in that form, so we can see which markets our inquiries come from. We do not send it your name, email address, organization, or the content of your inquiry. We also use the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which tells us the aggregate professional profile of visitors who are LinkedIn members, such as job title, seniority and industry. LinkedIn reports this to us only as group totals and never identifies you to us individually, and it may use its cookies to target advertising to you. How you reached us. When you first arrive, the Site records how you got here - any campaign tags in the web address you followed, the website that linked you, and the page you landed on - and keeps it in your browser's session storage until you close the tab. If you then send us an inquiry, that record is attached to it, so we can tell which of our posts or campaigns brought you to us. It contains no personal information of its own, it is never shared with anyone else, and it is discarded when you close the tab whether you contact us or not.
